Vacancy
Product Engineer
& Partner
You take a vague business problem and turn it into a working product. You figure out the problem and define the solution. You build everything yourself, from the interface to deployment. You watch the metrics and rework it.
We're looking for a partner, not an employee. Your percentage grows with our shared results and your impact on revenue.
What you'll do
- Dig deep into someone else's field and argue with the client's expert as an equal
- Pick what matters most and do it fast
- Write code with LLMs, set up staging environments and share mobile builds
- Talk to clients and iterate based on real tests
- Own the whole project: from “what are we solving” to “it works in production”
What we're looking for
- Product thinking comes first. You turn a vague “we need to improve this” into a concrete task with a clear way to check it.
- LLMs are your main work tool. You already build working things with them and catch them when they lie.
- Independence. You get a task without a step-by-step plan and break it down yourself.
- Willingness to dig deep. You'd rather take one deep project all the way to results than do ten shallow ones. Experience in complex B2B and enterprise is a plus.
- 0→1 experience. You've launched products from scratch with real users. Your own or inside a company.
- Working with users. You've run user interviews and customer development.
- Wanting to grow into a partner. You want to own a project first. Then a client and the company.
How we work
- A small team with no directors. Almost no approvals between an idea and its launch. We decide by arguments, not job titles.
- 1–2 week cycles. We build a simple version of the whole product first. No waiting for three-month releases.
- Hybrid: online, Limassol or Moscow
- Full-time only
- Fixed salary
- percentage of the project
- of the client
- of the company
You reach the next step when you do great work and take on more responsibility.
